Metashape Architects were appointed by the main contractor from RIBA Stage 3 to refurbish the building providing a new ground floor entrance/reception area, meeting rooms and reconfiguration of the upper floors into 4 new office suites with associated toilets and kitchenette facilities. A new lift is being provided to achieve DDA compliance to all floors.
