Metashape Architects were appointed at RIBA Stage 4-6 to produce technical design and construction packages for a 100% affordable housing scheme along side the Grand Union Canal in Westminster. The project is the second phase of development providing a total of 50 new affordable homes.

Working with the main contractor, consultant team and sub-contractors Metashape Architects had a leading role in the coordination of design information to make sure that the building passed the necessary Building Control and Warranty compliance, Planning conditions were discharged and the building was as space efficient as possible to maximise value for the client.
